1. Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Academic Section of SJICR by sending a Crossed Indian Postal Order or bank DD of Rs. 2000/- as application fee drawn in favour of the Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research, Bangalore.
2. Last date for receipt of filled applications is on 17/12/2011.
3. Stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month will be paid to the selected candidates
