Instructions:

1. Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the Academic Section of SJICR sending a Crossed Indian Postal Order or bank DD of Rs. 2000/- as application fee drawn in favour of the Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences & Research, Bangalore.
2.  Stipend Rs. 30,000/- per month for DM/DNB Candidates and Rs. 20,000/- per month for MD/DNB Candidates during the course.
3. The decision of the Selection Committee in the matter of Selection is final
4. The Candidates shall appear for an interview on 22/12/2009 with all originals certificates at 11.00 AM in the Board Room of SJICR, Bangalore.
5. Last date for receipt of filled applications is on 10/12/2009.
