Although the Government is giving funds, it s far from adequate.
So it is both a moral and social responsibility on us to treat
patients without compromising quality even when they cannot afford
these procedures financially. Hence we are taking this
noble cause to mobilize funds in the form of donations from various
Government and Non-Government agencies. “As an
initial gesture, all employees of our hospital have donated one-day
salary towards the Poor patient fund’.
So
I humbly request you to donate liberally any amount in the from
of Cash or Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of the
Director, Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology, Bangalore
towards the treatment of poor patients in this institution.
Donation to this hospital are exempted from Income Tax under section
80G.
Donations
received in excess of Rs. 1.00 Lakh, will be displayed in the
donors List. “Funds utilization will be transparent
and open for scrutiny’. Kindly consider our sincere appeal
